Hello, I am Jen Nickolaus, owner of PC Local Creations, LLC and artist. I moved to Panama City, Florida from Wisconsin in April of 2022. While living in Wisconsin, I owned and managed a daycare center until retiring in 2014. I continue to work as an independent travel agent.
After retiring from daycare and spending many years working out of my private studio, I established PC Local Creations, LLC in November of 2025. My art keeps me busy creating custom art pieces, including handmade crafts like acrylic pour paintings, jewelry, and resin creations. I also enjoy learning new techniques to enhance my offerings. As a proud member of the Panama City artists community, I specialize in providing customized pieces tailored to my clients' preferences.

Susie moved to the Panama City, Florida area from Elkhart, Indiana in 2018. She has been visually impaired since birth, but thanks to excellent doctors and innovative technology, she regained vision in one eye. This transition has been quite a journey for her, and she is now ready to return to the art world, focusing on creating and teaching. As a talented artist, Susie specializes in custom art pieces, including pastels, watercolors, acrylics, oils, and various handmade crafts.
Susie is a former member of the Midwest Museum of Art and the Elkhart Art League, where she learned about pastels from artist Phill Monteith, PSA, from 2004 to 2018, while also exploring techniques with other artists. In 2010, she was featured in the Elkhart Truth and participated in the Elkhart Artwork Summer of 2017, showcasing her work alongside fellow Panama City artists.
With the support of Mary Morgan, her HUMS instructor, and the dedicated staff at Ivy Tech College, Susie graduated in 2018 with honors, earning an associate degree in applied science in the Human Service Field. She served as a student ambassador and is an alum of Phi Theta Kappa and the NSLS. Additionally, Susie learned braille through the Hadley Institute for the Blind and Visually Impaired to incorporate it into her creative works.
Phill Monteith and Mary Morgan have been her teachers, mentors, now friends, and significant sources of inspiration to continue creating art. By drawing from nature and humanity, her goal is to spread joy to others through her artwork.

Jennifer is a Panama City Florida based artist and a native of Pensacola, Florida. Growing up, she visited Panama City Beach numerous times with her family, given its proximity to Pensacola. In 2016, she made the decision to relocate to Panama City Beach and has since fallen in love with the area. Here, she enjoys snorkeling and paddle boarding at St. Andrews State Park.
Having studied art, graphic design, art history, and history in college, Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Humanities from the University of West Florida in 2007. Four years later, she began nursing school at Pensacola State College and now works as a Registered Nurse when she isn’t busy creating her custom art pieces.
She strives to capture the beauty of nature in her paintings and often draws inspiration from her travels, taking many photographs that serve as references in her art. As one of the passionate Panama City artists, she enjoys working on handmade crafts that feature wildlife, marine life, flowers, and landscapes—her favorite subjects to paint.
